It was just a mailer that was sent out, but no one replied. During a call there were multiple references made about how someone should go down there in person and scare the people because they were too stupid to know any better. Comments about being barefoot and pregnant, trailer trash, etc. I wanted to hang up so badly, they just kept getting more disgusting and the others were just laughing along!

And these people aren't millionaires, mid 6 figures maybe, they are not even the land owners they just work in commercial real estate or development firms.

I was so nauseated listening to them, if they were talking about those things with my firm on the call I can only imagine what they talk about in private or during their golf games
