Trump’s cabinet vs Biden’s cabinet

I know this is supposed to be about ethnicity and diversity of the two groups, but maybe the biggest issue is that an absurd amount of Trump's cabinet either quit, were fired by Trump, or won't vote for him now and speak out against him.

Edit- Yikes. Turning off notifications to this comment Lol. But let me just say,

How do you know that Trump hired the most qualified? It just makes sense to you that the most qualified were virtually all old white guys? (and I am a middle-age white guy) He's hired against the statistics in the US population, but you just assume it's because he hired only the most qualified, instead of hiring for other reasons? Wouldn't it be funny if you found out that he WAS hiring based on race and gender, which you apparently disagree with, but it still ended up like his picture?

And if he's only hiring based on qualifications and quality, why does he have the US presidential record for cabinet/staff turnover? Why were so many fired or quit out speak out against him now after working for him? Maybe you're right; maybe they were quality people. Smort.

It sounds on its face like a reasonable suggestion to say that the job should just go to the best person. But there's an undeniable issue with predispositions and biases allowing someone to think one person is more qualified than the other, sometimes without even realizing it.

I definitely think there's an issue with this many powerful people chosen by one man, and there's only two people that aren't white, and only 3/18 are women. Women outnumber men in the US. They should be about equally present here IF we're just going off the most qualified, as many of you suggested, unless you think that on average only 3/18 women are as qualified for top government jobs as men. That seems wildly unlikely to me.

And even if someone was slightly more qualified than another person, still having some representation is important. I as an RN wouldn't be happy if virtually my entire hospital was just run by administrators who've never been in direct patient care, even if they were technically more qualified than an RN administrator. And the fact is, most hospitals have a ton of nurse administrators because they realize that there's more than one metric for "most qualified." I may seem less qualified than a fresh Hospital Administration graduate or even seasoned employee. But my personal experiences are important to running a hospital, and not easily replaceable with anything but practical experience doing it
